We grew up in Palo Alto during an era (1945 on), that was an exciting and diverse time as to musical evolution. We have witnessed Folk (the Weavers, Peter, Paul & Mary, Odetta), Calypso (Belafonte), Rock & Roll, Elvis, Jazz, Blues, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, CCR, the Eagles, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Frank Sinatra & Bing Crosby, Country (Willie, Waylon, Alabama, Garth, Kenny)...just to name a few artists and genres. That said, we likely have distinctly different backgrounds and tastes in music based upon our families, our experiences etc. It's also quite likely that we have some similar tastes and interests as well.
It might be fun to do a little checking to see what our histories and interests are as to music, then and now.
A Caveat: This may seem, at times, to be more a memory test than a survey, but give it a try anyway!
